Mask and font your choice

.

Open a new image 600 x 550 pixels with a white background.

Add a new layer. Select all.

Open Paper 21, copy and past into selection. Deselect. Apply the mask your choice.

Open Element 50, copy and past as new layer in the center upper of the tag.

Open the Element 5, copy and pas as new layer. Position in the bottom of the tag. Duplicated. Apply Flip and Mirror. Merge the two layers.

Open Element 11 and resize for 80%. Copy and past as new layer.

Open Element 64 and resize for 80%. Apply Mirror. Copy and past as new layer in the center left side of the tag.

Open Element 115 and resize for 60%. Apply Rotate Left 10. Copy and past as new layer in the upper left side of the tag.

Open Element 113 and resize for 60%. Apply Rotate Right 10. Copy and past as new layer in the upper right side of the tag.

Open Element 36 and resize for 30%. Copy and past as new layer, on the green lollipop. Keep the element 36 open and apply Mirror. After apply Adjust – Hue and Saturation – Colorize in the following configurations:

Copy and past this new ribbon as new layer, on the red lollipop.

Open Element 7 and resize for 40%. Copy and past as new layer on the green lollipop and your ribbon. Duplicated. Apply Mirror. Merge the two layers.

Open Element 104, copy and past as new layer, in the right side of the tag. Duplicated. Apply Mirror. Merge the two layers.

Open Element 71 and resize for 60%. Copy and past as new layer in the bottom center of the tag.

Open Element 12 and resize for 50%. Copy and past as new layer in the left side of the tag, on the lollipop green cable.

Open Element 123 and resize for 30%. Copy and past as new layer in the bottom center of the tag.

Open Element 106 and resize for 30%. Copy and past as new layer in the left side of the crayon box.

Open Element 37 and resize for 354%. Copy and past as new layer in the bottom right side of the tag.

Open Element 23 and resize for 35/%. Apply Mirror. Copy and past as new layer on the books.

Open Element 141 and resize for 25%. Apply Mirror. Copy and past as new layer in the right side, on the books.

Open Element 80 and resize for 20%. Copy and past as new layer in the right side, on the white flower.

Open Element 62 and resize for 60%. Apply Mirror. Copy and past as new layer in the left side, on the glass jar.

Past your tube and the credits.

Put your name and sign.

Close the white background and save a PNG format.
