Mask and font your choice
.

Open a new image 600 x 550 pixel with white background.

Add a new layer and select all. Open Paper 16, copy and past into selection. Deselect. Apply a mask your choice.

Open Element 44 and resize for 80%. Copy and past in the upper right corner.

Open Element 57 and resize for 50%. Copy and past in the bottom of the tag.

Open Element 64 and resize for 50%. Apply Adjust – Hue and Saturation – Colorize in the following configurations: Hue: 241 and Saturation: 159. Copy and past in the upper of the tag.

Open Element 27 and resize for 50%. Copy and past in the right of the tag. Duplicate. Mirror. Merge two layers.

Open Element 21 and resize for 30%. Copy and past in the left of the tag.

Open Element 71 and resize for 25%. Copy and past over the Element 21.

Open Element 112 and resize for 25%. Copy and past over the Element 21 too.

Open Element 65 and resize for 50%. Apply Mirror. Copy and past in the right of the tag.

Open Element 15 and resize for 15%. Apply Mirror. Copy and past over the Element 65.

Open Element 29 and resize for 20%. Copy and past in the right of tag.

Open again the Element 112 and resize for 25%. Copy and past in the right of tag too.

Open Element 24 and resize for 25%. Apply Mirror. Copy and past in the right of tag. Duplicate. Apply Mirror again and resize for 80% in the copy. Copy and past in the right of tag too.

Open Element 3 and resize for 25%. Copy and past in the left of tag.

Apply your tube and credits.

Apply your name and sign.

Close the white background and save a PNG format.
